Brand Marketing Specialist

At Ordinary Folk, we’re reimagining the building blocks of healthcare, through Noah and Zoey. Noah allows men to receive remote diagnosis and treatment across varying areas of care. Through Zoey, women’s sexual wellness and fertility journeys are supported with thoughtful products and services.
Responsibilities
As a Brand Marketing Specialist at Ordinary Folk, you’ll help to:
- Identify influential KOLs within the healthcare and wellness sectors who align with the brand values of your telehealth startup. Establish outreach strategies to engage with these KOLs.
- Develop collaborative campaigns or activities with KOLs, such as sponsored content, endorsements, or joint events. This requires negotiating terms and managing the relationships.
- Measure the impact of KOL collaborations on brand awareness, customer engagement, and conversions. Use metrics like engagement rates, referral traffic, and ROI to evaluate effectiveness.
- Engage and build relationships with our customers/partners/influencers. Form a community of people who can better bring value to the rest of our customers.
- Identify and secure partnerships with brands that share similar target audiences or values. This could include other health-tech companies, wellness brands, or even non-profit organizations in the healthcare sector.
- Coordinate with partner brands to create co-marketing campaigns. This could involve joint events, shared content, or cross-promotions.
- Assess the success of brand partnerships through metrics like audience reach, engagement, and lead generation, and refine partnership strategies accordingly.
- Take the lead in conceptualizing, planning, and hosting events that align with our telehealth startup's mission and values. This includes internal company events, external networking gatherings, and co-hosted events with KOLs and brand partners to foster community engagement and brand visibility.
- Handle all logistical aspects of event planning, including venue selection, vendor management, attendee registration, and on-site coordination. Ensure each event is executed smoothly, reflecting the brand's commitment to excellence and innovation.
- Work closely with Key Opinion Leaders and brand partners to co-create events that enhance our collaborative campaigns, maximizing the impact and reach of our partnerships. This involves coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure their needs and expectations are met while aligning with our brand objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate the success of events through attendee feedback, engagement levels, and the achievement of event-specific goals. Use these insights to continuously improve our event strategies and drive stronger community connections and brand loyalty.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in developing and executing collaborative campaigns or activities with KOLs, including sponsored content, endorsements, or joint events.
- Ability to measure and analyze the impact of KOL collaborations on brand awareness, customer engagement, and conversions, utilizing metrics like engagement rates, referral traffic, and ROI.
- Experience in building and nurturing relationships with customers, partners, and influencers to form a valuable community.
- Proven track record of identifying and securing partnerships with brands that have similar target audiences or values, preferably in health-tech, wellness, or healthcare sectors.
- Competence in coordinating co-marketing campaigns with partner brands, involving joint events, shared content, or cross-promotions.
- Skilled in assessing the success of brand partnerships using metrics such as audience reach, engagement, and lead generation.
- Experience in leading the conceptualization, planning, and hosting of events that promote the mission and values of a telehealth startup.
- Capability in managing all logistical aspects of event planning, ensuring smooth execution that reflects the brand's commitment to excellence and innovation.
